Returns Procedure

We want you to be 100% delighted with your purchase. If you are not and you wish to return something, you have 7 days from delivery to obtain a Return Authorisation number, then a further 7 days to return your item.

Returns received after the 14 days time frame are accepted at the discretion of Salsa Jewelley and can only be refunded with a credit note which can be used online or in store.

So that we can handle your returns efficiently please:

  • Contact us first within 7 days of delivery via email (enquiries@salsa-silver-jewellery.co.uk) so we know to expect your returned item/s and provide you with an RA number.
  • Post your item/s back to us within 7 days of receiving you RA number. All items must be in their original packaging and unworn. You must send the original receipt with the item/s by registered post or special delivery and please ensure you obtain and keep your proof of postage for your item, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return postage items. Please note that postal costs for returned items are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied items.

  • Earrings are non returnable
  • If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit card for the sum paid less any taxes and duties and less the postal costs.

Returning damaged/ faulty goods:

If your item has arrived damaged please contact us first within 48 hours of delivery via email (enquiries@salsa-silver-jewellery.co.uk) so we know to expect your returned item/s and provide you with an RA number.

If you would like to return a faulty item please contact us first via email (enquiries@salsa-silver-jewellery.co.uk) so we know to expect your returned item/s and provide you with an RA number. If you return a faulty item within a period of 6 months, it will be inspected for manufacturing fault. Any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

  • Post your item/s  back to us within 7 days of receiving you RA number.

Exchanging your item/s.

If you would like to exchange your item/s please contact us first within 7 days of delivery via email (enquiries@salsa-silver-jewellery.co.uk) and one of our customer care representatives will be happy to help you with the procedure.

You will be charged for any difference in cost, plus any additional shipping, taxes and import duties.

Please return goods as outlined in our returns procedure.

Guarantee

Each piece of jewellery is guaranteed for 6 months from the purchase date within the bounds of normal wear and tear (any item damaged not by manufacturing fault are at the customers own expense.)

Customers' statutory rights are unaffected.
